The Executive Officers of SHO have a combined 25+ years of sobriety and have more than 14 years experience in Clean and Sober Housing.

William Phinney-Founder/Program Officer

Actively involved and a member of a 12 step program for over thirteen years. As a six year member of Oxford Housing, William has held all five executive officer positions. This has given him the experience & knowledge to develop a successful model to strengthen clean & sober housing in the community.

Gregg Wilkey-Chairman/Program Officer

Actively involved and a member of a 12 step program for over fourteen years. As a six-year member of Oxford Housing, he has held all five elected executive positions. While living at Oxford, Gregg has made presentations to Providence Chemical Dependency to recruit for membership at Oxford House.
